Are your bath products cruelty free?

Yes! We are passionate about cruelty free practices, all of our products are produced without harming any animals. We never test on animals, and we choose ingredient suppliers who share our values.

Are your bath products vegan?

Almost all of our products are vegan, meaning they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. However, a few of our products may contain ingredients like beeswax or honey. We clearly label all ingredients on each product page and on our products, so you can make informed choices. If you are unsure about a particular product please do get in touch for clarification.

Are your handmade products safe and tested? 

Absolutely!  All of our bath and body products are carefully formulated and evaluated for safety.

Each product goes through a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CSPR) process, conducted by a qualified chemist. This report assesses the ingredients, potential risks, and overall safety of the product. We ensure all of our products meet our high safety standards.

Can I return a product if I don't like the fragrance? 

We understand that sometimes a fragrance isn't to your taste.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety of all our customers, products cannot be returned once opened. This includes products where the fragrance doesn't suit your taste.

What are whipped soaps?

Whipped soaps are a luxurious alternative to bar soaps. Whipped soaps are skin cleansing soaps, whipped into a fluffy, soft consistency.

Our whipped soaps contain the addition of apricot kernel oil, to create a wonderfully moisturising, creamy soap.

How do you use whipped soap? 

Whipped soap is used in the same way as regular soap of shower gel. Wet your skin, loofah or wash cloth add a small amount of whipped soap and massage the bubbly soap into your skin, then rinse. Our whipped soaps are fantastic as a shaving soap, simply add to wet skin rub in circular motions to create a lather and then shave as normal.

What are bath melt truffles?

A bath melt truffle is a bath additive, a mix between a bath bomb and bath oil. Our bath melt truffles contain moisturising butters, oils and essential oils for a aromatherapy experience. The bath melt truffles dissolve in water with a gentle fizz, releasing the skin loving ingredients to work their magic while you soak.
